(“Assurant” or “we” or “our” or “us”) will use information that you share with us through your use of the OmniCore Diagnostics Mobile Application (“App”); what information we collection; and what we do with that information.

We maintain safeguards to protect any personal information you provide to us through App against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction. Please note, however, that perfect security does not exist on the Internet. Therefore, while we endeavor to protect your information, when data is transferred over the Internet it may potentially be accessed and used by unauthorized parties. We do not guarantee the security of user information.
Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by using the App and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge personal information in this way. However, we will endeavor to protect all personal information collected through this application in accordance with strict data protection standards. Information we collect may be transferred to, stored and processed in the USA and in any other country or territory where one or more of our affiliated group companies or third party service providers are located or maintain facilities. While other territories may not have the same standards of data protection as those within your home country, we will continue to protect the personal information we transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Assurant has entered into data transfer agreements (based on the EU model clauses for transfers of personal data outside the EEA) with its group affiliates and third-party providers located outside the EEA to whom it may transfer the personal information.
Subject to applicable local law, we will provide users with access to their data and, when appropriate, allow them to request that their personal information be corrected, updated, blocked or deleted where it is inaccurate, outdated or obsolete.
